The thermoacoustic soundproofing panel composed of polyester fiber, plasterboard, and rubber granules obtained from ELTs recycling
High thermal and acoustic insulation performance, ease of installation, and durability, combined with long-term stability, are the main characteristics of the insulating panel Rewall 40.
The soundproofing panels have a thickness of 40 mm and are the result of a panel made of fibers and rubber granules obtained from ELTs recycling, hot-pressed with polyurethane adhesive with a density of 800 kg/m³, a polyester fiber panel with a density of 100 kg/m³ and a thickness of 20 mm, and a coated plasterboard sheet with a thickness of 12.5 mm.
The panel dimensions are 1.2 m in width and 2 m in height.
The Rewall 40 panel can be used in various applications: to acoustically and thermally correct walls in homes, to reline existing walls without using the traditional metal structure, and in existing environments where masonry work cannot be carried out.
The accessories available for this insulation are:
⦁ Stywall AD Pro, high-density strip under the wall, made with a tear-resistant support roll, composed of SBR rubber granules
⦁ Stywall S, high-density strip under the wall, made in a roll with SBR rubber granules
⦁ Colla Perlfix K465
⦁ Colla Selena Titan 60s
⦁ Fixing elements
⦁ Redfix L, C, and U, anti-vibration connections for walls and ceilings
⦁ Joinwood, high-intensity under-wall sound insulator, composed of rubber granules
