Thermo ceiling is a formwork panel proposed by the Bioisotherm company for the construction of reinforced concrete beams cast in situ for floors, roofs and foundations.
The Termosolaio panel, with a standard width of 60 cm, is in expanded polystyrene. The central recess of the panels is intended for the formation of the load-bearing rafter in reinforced concrete. An insulating pad with variable thickness, from 4 to 8cm, joins the two lightening parts in eps. Each panel, inside, has 2 metal pylons which makes them self-supporting up to two meters in the first phase, and two C-profiles for anchoring the plasterboard cladding. The Termosoliao panels, based on the light to be covered and the loads, are delivered to measure, of the required thickness and length. Once installed, they can be walked on, allowing operators to move safely. Furthermore, being light and easy to move, they greatly facilitate the work of the operators on site.
