Inhabiting an undulating morphology just outside Walla Walla, Alton Wines nestles in an existing bay formed by the surrounding vineyards. Focusing on the surrounding views, the architecture acts as a frame bringing the landscape more into focus and a part of one's immediate experience

Between two centuries-old buildings, one hundred and two hundred years old, in the historic center of Kiev, the architectural studio balbek bureau inserts a modern block and restores the historians, creating a single complex where modern art, design and innovation coexist with history and tradition

The project results from the remodeling of an old farmhouse. By disassembling the poor materials of the old facade, the architects discovered that the house was actually made up of three small houses built according to the needs of the former owner. This was the key premise for the creation of our project: maintain the structure of the original volumes and assume their original shape uncovered, unifying them through a slab perforated by a central patio, that fills with light the entire social area located on the ground floor
