Born in Italy on 1992, I lived 20 years between Malaysia and Singapore. Passionate in photography, during 2009, with the support of my English professor, a South African writer, Troy Blacklaws, I realized my first photography book, ‘When the Bamboo Sings’ (ISBN 9789834438104). I obtained my master degree cum laude in Architecture in 2015 at the Politecnico di Milano, with a year of exchange at the Tsinghua University of Beijing. My final thesis, ‘The Three Gorges Dam: A damned Landscape’, was focused on the acts of visible violence on China’s landscape and its people, denounced by artists and photographers. During my studies, I interned at two international architecture offices: Libeskind’s studio in Milano and Zhu Pei’s office in Beijing. From 2014 until 2017 I have collaborated with The Plan Magazine, with the publication of written articles, video interviews and participation in architectural events.
