Participation in events and management of all related activities: Through your account, you can participate in courses, seminars, on-demand webinars, and conferences available on our portal, obtain recognition of training credits (where provided by the event), receive answers to your inquiries or requests for clarification or questions posed during the seminar (solely and exclusively to fulfill your requests more comprehensively, your personal data may be communicated to speakers and sponsoring companies);

ii. If you are a designer, creating a profile for your studio: Using the provided forms, you can upload your image, contact details, the profile of your studio, and materials related to projects you wish to present on our portals;

iii. Contacting companies and designers on our portal: Through your account, you can contact companies and designers on our portal to request technical or commercial information;

iv. Informative newsletter service (via email): Registering on our portal allows you to receive periodic communications on:

  • The schedule of seminars planned on our portal;

  • Technical and promotional material related to services and products presented during seminars or promoted by sponsors. You can download this documentation from our portal or directly from the sponsor's website. If you download it from our portal, please note that we may potentially communicate your data to the sponsor to provide you with the requested material or to address your inquiries in more depth;

  • The conduct of surveys aimed at assessing the satisfaction level of seminar participants.

b) With your explicit consent, communication to Sponsors for their independent informational and promotional purposes: Sending - through automated contact methods (such as email newsletters) and traditional ones (paper or via phone calls with an operator) - supplementary material related to their services or products, technical and commercial information, as well as conducting market research.

3. Legal basis and conferment

The legal basis for the processing referred to in point 2.a) is the execution of a contract of which you are a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken upon your request. The provision of your data is necessary to meet legal and contractual obligations; thus, any refusal to provide them will make it impossible to execute the respective contract.

Finally, the legal basis for the processing referred to in point 2.b) is the consent freely provided by you. In this case, the provision of your data is entirely optional. Not giving consent will not affect the possibility of registering for the course. It will be possible to withdraw the consent previously given with the same ease with which it was granted, by writing to the email address [email protected].

4. Conservation times

For the purpose set out in point 2.a), your personal data will be stored until your potential request for deletion. What types of data are processed?
