21 House of Stories: the hotel that becomes an experience

A place that goes beyond the definition of a hotel, blending hospitality and urban life in spaces dedicated to relationships. From co-working areas to the rooftop with a pool, every environment invites you to experience and share new perspectives on the city. A project that, thanks also to the transparent solutions of Aluvetro, enhances the open view of the Darsena.

A new way of experiencing hospitality

21 House of Stories redefines the concept of a four-star hotel by transforming hospitality into a narrative experience, where guests become active participants in the life of the place. The co-working spaces, designed with a homey approach, evoke the familiarity of a house, while the areas dedicated to food & entertainment and private events expand the functions of the hotel. A dynamic place, built on relationships and the opportunity to experience the spaces in a personal and spontaneous way.

A scenic rooftop between pool and skybar

The most identity-defining heart of the structure is revealed on the upper floors, the seventh and eighth, where I Mirador are located, the skybar and restaurant overlooking the Darsena. The large terrace with pool on the seventh floor interprets the increasing value of rooftops in contemporary hotel industry: a scenic space, suspended over the city, where landscape and leisure time merge into an immersive experience. A privileged point of view, from which to perceive the city in a new way.

Transparency and security with Garda AP balustrades

To enhance the view and ensure discreet protection, the project chose the Garda AP balustrades by Aluvetro, characterized by a minimal design and extra-clear glass that maintains the perception of open and continuous space. They are installed on concrete curbs and metal carpentry, with fixing systems designed to support loads of 200 and 300 kg/m. A solution that combines security and visual lightness, reinforcing the contemporary character of the rooftop.

Custom technical solutions for the panoramic staircase

Even the external panoramic staircase has been the subject of a targeted intervention: here two customized Carter have been inserted, prepared to accommodate the finishing sheet and integrate with the hotel's architectural lines. A technical detail that completes the continuity of the project and emphasizes the attention to every detail, from the overall structure to the smallest elements.
