The overall restyling aims to improve the quality and receptivity of the sports centre and the adjacent restaurant, ensuring a high level of energy efficiency and eliminating architectural barriers. The relaunch plan envisages a significant redevelopment of the entire structure, in order to make better use of the spaces reserved for the approximately 4,000 users who visit the centre each year

The first connecting element between interior and exterior is the newly expanded sheet metal facade. In the new design of the entrance, the canopy is very important, as it guarantees a protected access to the centre. The new sliding door system, which replaces the old compass, significantly increases the living space dedicated to the reception, guaranteeing good management of entrances and exits

The mezzanine floor has been redesigned to accommodate both locals and guests. The floor is accessed via the large staircase at the pedestrian entrance that leads to the lobby, the central space where the reception, conference room, the staircase/elevator, the entrance to the pool and the main distribution path are located

The first change that triggers the transformation of the club is the relocation of the gym from the basement to the first floor. This move immediately guarantees the fitness area is of better quality and now boasts natural light and a direct view of the Naviglio Grande

The catering area is characterized by a new spirit with a strong industrial flavour in which the large rooms are made more intimate by black, gray and brown palettesilluminated by light from the large windows. The seats and stools are complemented with customized furnishings such as oak wood tables with a metal base and a large wooden covered bar counter with a glass top

The warm wooden flooring contrasts with the post-industrial image of the black ceiling and exposed black systems. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, and the spatiality of the restaurant is defined by the light from the canal and on the inside, by the outdoor patio characterized by islands of greenery and relaxation, with mood lights. Livable and bright environments are produced
