The house, which originally stretched over 300 square meters on three levels is transformed and expanded and now houses offices of U125 on an area of 604 square meters on 4 levels plus a terrace. The project respects and maintains proportions, openings, access and volume, preserving the original essence of the structure and achieving a level of harmony between the pre-existing space and the new intervention

Three sheet metal roofs reflect the proportions of the house below, and a wire mesh, tensioned between them, gives the building a discreet, clean and elegant appearance, while at night the lighting reveals its most complex features

Inside, at each level, a selection of artworks expresses the company's desire to showcase the talent of different artists, especially Mexican ones. In the first and upper levels, terraces are created for team collaboration and recreation. These areas are used daily to eat, live and work in open spaces overlooking the city
