Reflective installation "Breath" interprets the connection between people

Presented in the west loggia at the University of Milan, "Breath" is a new concept designed to bring a more empathetic approach to care and reception in the hospital model of the future

The new think tank, led by Filippo Taidelli in collaboration with Fujifilm Italy, will "connect healthcare environments with the outside world", both in terms of life and nature, after the COVID-19 crisis widened the gap between patients and medical settings

Reflective installation

Breath's response is a multifunctional kit designed to awaken the user's sensory memory. A patio filled with plants turns the waiting room into an oasis; the corridor transforms into a loggia overlooking the horizon, and the X-ray room takes on the appearance of a lightbox as one looks up at the sky through a large skylight

Reflective installation

The Breath installation is ultimately a playful meditation corner that breaks down the physical boundaries of the loggia, opening up an abstract landscape that encourages us to turn our gaze inward
