V-Plus resin by Bosson is a bi-component vinylester styrene free chemical anchor structural/high loads, CE marked and ETA assessed for use in concrete.
CHARACTERISTICS
The can be installed by the anchor using hollow drill bits. This installation mode avoids the dust removal procedure by means of a blower pump and a metal brush, and thus significantly reduces the installation time. It's possible to use the product in dry, wet concrete and with flooded hole (flooded hole only with threaded bars). The product hardening reaction also takes place in the presence of water. The product is availble in "Winter" V-PLUS version with accelerated reaction and "Tropical" version with decelerated hardening time. The base material temperature (concrete, bricks, etc…) for installation between -10°C and +40°C. It is suitable also for base material like solid and hollow masonry, wood. VOC according to the French Decree 2011-321 and according to the standard ISO 16000/EN 16516. Due to the lack of styrene (absence of strong odour) the use is also possible in closed rooms. The resin, due to its strong adhesion value and the ease with which it penetrates holes and hollow areas, permits secure fixing without expansion and so without stresses in the base material. It does not need premixing, the resin and hardener are only mixed during extrusion in the special mixer. It can also be used for repair and refilling.
