Fournier-Rojas Arquitecto thinks of an essential design for its Centro Comunitario de El Rodero de Mora, which is also for this reason extremely economical. The small complex consists of a community room, a kitchen, toilet facilities, a storage room, and a facility for soccer teams, with locker rooms and bleachers

The construction of the center was also possible thanks to the donation of some materials. Underlying the project is the idea of bioclimatic design, using local materials capable of expressing a sense of place, community, and sensory innovation-visually, spatially, and materially

The architecture is extremely expressive: the common room itself, symbolizing coming together, is a circle that three-dimensionally becomes a ventilated brick cylinder. The roofs themselves are revolving and sloping with long overhangs in order to respond to the local climate
