Origins and Design Philosophy

Founded in 2011 in Montréal by designer Marie-Ève Issa, ISSASTUDIO is an interior design studio specializing in commercial, residential, and corporate projects. From its origins, the studio has embraced a design vision focused on sustainability, user well-being, and harmonious integration between built space and nature. Drawing inspiration from biophilic principles, ISSASTUDIO develops environments that promote connection with the natural environment, using authentic materials, natural light, and bespoke solutions that reflect the client's identity and needs.

Team and Multidisciplinary Approach

Today, ISSASTUDIO is led by a team of associate designers, Florence Goulet Pelletier, Margaux Didier, and Héloïse Vatcher, who carry on the founder's creative legacy with a collaborative and innovation-focused approach. The studio has completed over 455 projects, ranging from offices and creative studios to beauty salons and residential spaces, always with a strong emphasis on user experience and spatial quality. Among its most notable projects are the Evolution Wellness Centre and Blunt Hair Salon, both in Montréal, which embody the balance between minimalist aesthetics, functionality, and material warmth.

Located in the heart of Montreal, the nail salon Diva Nails seeks to offer a new experience to its clientele. Designed by ISSASTUDIO, the project explores the theme of blooming. The space has been designed to provide its clientele with an escape from urban life, catering to the needs of today's women.
