The Spanish architect Andrés Jaque is the protagonist of the project House in Never Never Land, located on a sloping terrain that leads to the characteristic natural harbor of Cala Vadella in Ibiza and designed to make the preservation of the environmental richness of the valley in which it rises compatible with the hedonistic life of the clients

The configuration of the building means that the spacious living room can be expanded into a multifunctional outdoor ramp space that ends in a series of connecting pools. The bedrooms, located on either side of the living room avoid any hierarchy and are separated from the living room by folding walls

To preserve the natural richness of the valley, the complex, consisting of three buildings is elevated from the ground, preserving the permeability of the soil and animal paths. The geometry of the buildings has been modeled avoiding the removal of trees. Thanks to the subdivision of the complex into three buildings, the prospects for temporary housing increase, making maintenance economically feasible
