Yaxché House: where preserved nature takes center stage

The design of the Yaxché House revolves entirely around the Yaxché tree: the hypothesis of cutting it down is set aside, leaving room for the opportunity to preserve it and place it on the main visual, spatial, and conceptual axis of the dwelling

Chukumera House: Maya's Ancient Wisdom. A Single-Family Residence in Yucatán

The client of Chukumera House has a special connection to the main material featured in this architecture, which also gives it its name: Chukum. With elegance and naturalness, it tells an ancient story of this part of the world, where it was used as a stucco made from limestone mixed with resin from the trees of the same name

Corazón de Tierra, a multi-family complex designed to meet the housing needs of Mérida

The multi-family complex accommodates 54 families in the city of Mérida, in the Mexican state of Yucatán, and is based on the idea of fragmenting a large volume into four smaller parts in which the entire housing programme is developed
