Pre-additivated super lightweight thermally insulating granulated aggregate

Expanded polystyrene beads, granulated and containing MPS, with a uniform particle size distribution (Ø 2 - 6 mm), controlled density, non-toxic, non-absorbent, dimensionally stable over time. The production of these beads is free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs), and they do not contain any nutrients that promote the growth of fungi and bacteria.

During the production phase, the beads are treated with a specific additive, E.I.A., which ensures perfect workability with the hydraulic binder, prevents the beads from floating, and guarantees a uniform distribution within the mixture.

FEATURES:

Bag of 170 L = 5 bags per 1 m3 of finished mortar.
Bag of 420 L = 2 bags per 1 m3 of finished mortar.
Density: from 110 to 1500 kg/m3.
Also available in "Politerm® R Ready Mix" version, specifically designed for concrete batching plants.
