The soundproofing and anti-impact insulation roll made of rubber granules obtained from recycled EPDM tires
High sound insulation despite the minimal thickness, extreme moisture resistance combined with ease and speed of installation are the main characteristics of the Grei insulating roll.
The rubber fibers obtained from recycled EPDM tires and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) which the panel is composed of are hot-bonded with latex to a non-woven fabric support in green color.
The dimensions of the roll are 7mm thick, with a length of 500 cm and a width of 104 cm, including the 4 cm of adhesive side edge for overlapping rolls during installation. The total surface mass is 2.80 kg/m², dynamic stiffness 8 MN/m³, impact sound insulation of 38 dB, fire reaction class E, thermal conductivity 0.064 W/m K. Finally, the recycled content corresponds to 88% of the product.
The Grei roll can be applied on lightweight or traditional floors, in floors where high acoustic performance is required and in the presence of radiant systems.
The accessories available for this insulation are:
⦁ Profyle, shaped and adhesive decoupling component made of polyethylene.
⦁ Profyle Flat, vertical decoupling component made of adhesive polyethylene.
⦁ Stik HD, tape with enhanced adhesion, characterized by superior resistance to aging and weathering.
