The roll made of rubber granules obtained from recycled ELTs, an acoustic and impact sound insulation with high performance and mechanical stability
Ensuring high performance despite the reduced thickness, the high moisture resistance, the UPROLL insulation can be easily and quickly installed.
The roll is composed of fibers and rubber granules obtained from recycled ELTs, hot-bonded with latex to a tear-resistant non-woven fabric support in gray color.
The panel dimensions are 500 cm in length by 104 cm in width, including the 4 cm adhesive side edge for roll overlap during installation. The roll thickness is 9 mm, the total surface mass is 3.10 kg/m², dynamic stiffness 11 MN/m³, impact sound insulation 35 dB, fire reaction class E, and thermal conductivity 0.096 W/m K.
The recycled material content corresponds to 90% of the total material.
The Uproll roll can be used in floating screed floors as well as in radiant systems.
