Isofree Elastoschaum is a single-component elastic polyurethane foam with a very low content of diisocyanate (<0.1%), specifically developed for sealing gaps in the installation of wooden, PVC, and aluminum windows. It can be used without the restrictions of Regulation (EU) 2020/1149 and complies with the requirements of UNI 11673-1 – chap. 6 for sealing, filling, and insulation materials.
Thanks to its dense, uniform, and flexible cellular structure over time, Isofree Elastoschaum ensures:
high thermal and acoustic insulation
excellent elastic recovery capacity
low expansion pressure, which prevents frame deformation
The cured foam is water-resistant and can be cut, sawn, plastered, and painted after complete drying.
