Revisiting flows and space distribution

The Turin-based studio Giubergia-Griglio, specializing in interior design and architecture, brings to life the Adi Shakti Yoga Center through a complete revisiting of flows and space distribution. The new layout revolves around the focal point of the newly constructed staircase leading to the three levels of the center

Yoga room, meditation room, and relaxation area

The 250 square meters of the center are dedicated to the main yoga room accessed from the reception on the ground floor, a meditation room on the upper level, and finally, the relaxation area with changing rooms in the basement. The premises, which were previously occupied by a private gym, are now optimized in terms of functionality and circulation

Essential finishes and soft lighting

The atmosphere created by the shapes and materials is harmonious, calm, inducing relaxation and a re-orientation of focus towards one's inner self, preparing for yoga practice. For this reason, the finishes are essential and the lighting is soft: an intimate and understated refinement adorned only by ornamental chandeliers and the play of light they project
