A 100 square meter accommodation in Turin is undergoing a restyling that focuses on functionality and a welcoming atmosphere. The FEL apartment demonstrates how a careful project can provide smart solutions and beauty while respecting the client's budget

The modern and elegant living area

A young couple and their inseparable four-legged friend can now enjoy the renovation of their new home thanks to the project by KK Architecture. The FEL apartment features a spacious living area with a lounge and kitchen visually connected and tied together by the modern and elegant style that guides the entire project. The "white giant," a fifth containment that cleverly conceals service space, leads from the entrance to the living room, transforming first into an elegant empty-pocket niche, then into open compartments for the lounge

A containment fifth to organize the spaces

In the containment wall there is also space for the coat rack and the laundry room, as well as other containment space. The living room is dominated by a large central sofa that amplifies the perception of space; a lighting system integrated into the plasterboard allows you to control the atmosphere. The kitchen is characterized by pleasant contrasts between the white of the furniture, the black of the worktop and the splashback, and the wood of the wall units and the table integrated into the island

Bathrooms between space optimization and elegance

Bathrooms are meticulous works of space optimization and elegance: a hallway is transformed into a powder room with an essential sink for guests separated from the toilet area; in the private bathroom of 5 square meters, thanks to the central monolith in black Marquinia marble, the architects manage to position the bathtub and shower, as well as the toilet area and sink, in a perfect fit that does not compromise on beauty

Bedroom Area: Furniture Restyling and Color Palette Reinterpretation

In the bedroom area, the intervention involves the restyling of the furniture and the reinterpretation of the color palette, with the recovery of the existing parquet. The green element brought by plants and natural elements enlivens and warms the entire project that plays on contrasts. The FEL apartment combines modern elegance and practicality, inviting you to enjoy a well-organized and aesthetically curated home
