Located in the oldest resort in Bulgaria, Sts. Constantine and Helena, Aquahouse Hotel & SPA is the latest construction in the area. Just 10 kilometers from the city of Varna, it becomes one of the largest SPA hotels on the Black Sea coast and the only one in the country with an adjacent independent public SPA

The resort is well known for its rich and dense green areas. Within the grounds are dozens of black pine trees that are taken into account during the design. The lot where STARH architects are designing the Aquahouse Hotel & SPA, there were old hotels and restaurants that were demolished; the new building rises within the perimeter of the pre-existing to retain almost all the majestic trees

Inspired by the natural setting, the hotel's design aims to provide a neutral backdrop for the pine trees that catch the eye. Soft sand-colored tones are used throughout the volume to achieve a unified look between plaster and limestone. The minimal look with classic elements is accompanied by a more eye-catching and contemporary feature: the flattened arch. Repeated on all facades, it is a reference to the rock arches carved by the sea that seem to embrace the water

Similarly, each of the hotel's arches surrounds the stained-glass window of each room, maximized in size to give as much panorama as possible. The interior of the hotel is designed with a soothing light and style. Many spacious and airy areas welcome guests with gentle earth tones and soft curvy shapes

Available to guests are a total of 420 rooms and apartments, several restaurants, a poolside bar, a steakhouse, and a conference room
