The goal of the renovation project for the CimOrt primary school classrooms was to create a design that is both flexible and functional, as well as to provide a conducive learning space that promotes the well-being of both students and teachers
The choice of materials that define the color palette was based on certain requirements set by the client, such as the use of neutral and light colors as a foundation for an endlessly transformable environment. The furniture is made of natural oak wood, a finish chosen for the lightness of its texture and the warmth of its color. For the flooring, a similar finish in vinyl was sought to ensure ease of cleaning and maintenance, as well as for its acoustic properties
Colorful accents on the lockers for backpacks and student materials, as well as on the chairs, add a touch of joy. The classrooms are equipped with acoustic ceiling lights in which a lighting system that combines both indirect and direct fixtures is installed, ensuring the space is appropriately lit for every activity. Since these are learning spaces for 21st-century youths, the level of connectivity is top-notch: high-speed internet, audio, and video
