Cushman & Wakefield Offices in Mexico City: a sea of design in a fluid and dynamic interior

The Cushman & Wakefield offices in Mexico City have been redesigned to align with the company's new international standards and to meet local work needs. Thanks to an interior design project that transforms spaces, the offices have achieved the LEED Wellbeing Distinctive A certification, making them accessible to both employees and visitors

The Work+ studio, tasked with the interior design project for the renovation of the Cushman & Wakefield offices, primarily creates a healthy environment by reducing energy consumption by between 20 and 40%, and water consumption by 20-30%, as well as introducing a ban on PET containers. Additionally, materials with low environmental impact are used, such as recycled wood, fast-growing bamboo veneer, and LED lighting technology with presence and motion controls

The design of the open space features a ceiling with an organic shape made up of suspended strips of Tekne Roll, which gives a sense of prodigious signaling and directs the spatial path towards a generous view of the Arcos Bosques complex, conveying a feeling of infinity. The meeting rooms have been equipped with acoustic panels, and the new walls have been built in concrete, reinforcing the existing vertical elements

The slatted ceiling maintains a constant dialogue with the space: it marks the rhythm of the partitions, underscores the work centers, marks meeting points, and sketches areas with varied geometries. The new Cushman & Wakefield offices are an inclusive workplace where there's room for everyone, and natural light plays a starring role, supported by the presence of curved glass that allows for acoustic privacy and fluid circulation

The layout of the offices reflects the sense that Cushman & Wakefield gives to work: a Collision Center for clients and meetings with brokers, areas for internal team meetings, and the general work area. Private and collective workspaces for every function of the company: There's a ratio of 1.5 non-fixed workstations for every worker. Connectivity and technology are fundamental to the design; IP telephony and wireless are assigned to every user and space. For client meetings, an "Urban Immersion" screen is set up, allowing for presentations that are not only more visual but also sensory
