Unparalleled views and luxury living at EOS in Varna

Situated on the picturesque seafront of Varna, Bulgaria's marine capital, in Chaika neighborhood, EOS enjoys an unparalleled location. The building located on the front line, with only the Sea Garden and the Black Sea in front of it, has the privilege of being the first to greet the morning sunlight- hence the reference in its name to the Greek goddess EOS, who rose to the horizon from the depths of the sea to bring light to the world

Architectural innovation amidst coastal beauty

The architectural studio STARH Stanislavov Architects took up the challenge of creating a project within a restrictive, triangular-shaped plot, using it as a reference point for the shape on the plan and the characteristic spatial-volume structure. In line with the prevailing aesthetics of the area, characterized by whiteness and horizontal distribution, the EOS project harmoniously integrates into its surroundings. The studio's creative vision results in a building with a distinctive silhouette, prompting a multitude of associations and interpretations

A fusion of functionality and sophistication

EOS primarily consists of residential program, with apartments spanning from the fourth to the last, ninth floor. The ground level hosts shops, an inviting entrance foyer, and a convenient car lift accessing two underground levels dedicated to car parking. The second and third floors are allocated for ateliers and offices, fostering a dynamic live-work environment. Vertical communication is facilitated by a single staircase and two lifts, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout the structure. With its strategic layout and versatile spaces, EOS exemplifies contemporary mixed-use architecture, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and sophistication

Meticulous design for optimal living comfort

The apartments within EOS are meticulously designed, featuring orthogonal forms to optimize space utilization and enhance living comfort. Notably, only the loggias facing East have a unique triangular shape, adding a touch of architectural flair. Overcoming construction challenges, the architects incorporated prestressed concrete balconies in the sharp part of the building, some spanning up to 8 meters in length on the upper floors, seamlessly blending structural integrity with aesthetic finesse

Sustainability and longevity as guiding principles

When designing EOS, the priority was not only aesthetics and functionality, but also long-term durability. Every aspect of the building, from its design to its materials, is meticulously chosen to ensure longevity and sustainability. The façade materials, including aluminium windows, highly selective glazing, and fiber cement ventilated façade, are selected to guarantee longevity, easy maintenance, and low energy costs while providing residents with high living comfort
