Greenhouse kitchen and fluid boiserie in a Turin apartment

A project signed by kkarchitecture transforms a 100 m² apartment in Turin into an elegant and fluid space, where the glass kitchen, custom-made wood paneling, and the master suite with a scenic makeup area create a perfect balance between functionality and contemporary style.

A sartorial renovation in the heart of Turin

In the project curated by Maurizio Pol, founder of kkarchitecture, the renovation of a raw apartment becomes an exercise in precision and creativity. The goal was to transform technical constraints – systems, fixtures, heating already defined – into design opportunities, returning multifunctional and coherent spaces capable of evolving over time. The house welcomes a family with a teenage daughter, combining conviviality, intimacy, and personalization.

The glass kitchen as the transparent heart of the house

The cornerstone of the project is the glass kitchen, separate but visually connected to the living room thanks to a full-height glass wall with black profiles. Like a small domestic greenhouse, it filters odors and noises while maintaining spatial and luminous continuity. Completing the scene, a national walnut parquet that flows seamlessly and enhances natural light, giving warmth to the light volumes and metallic surfaces.

Fluid Boiserie and Continuous Paths

The white boiserie accompanies the spaces from the entrance to the sleeping area, hiding doors, technical compartments, and wardrobes. The curved surfaces and sliding doors create a harmonious and continuous rhythm, transforming the volumes into furnishing elements. Every detail - from the powder coating to the millimeter cut - tells the artisanal care of the project. In the living area, neutral tones interact with touches of green velvet and brass, defining a modern classic chic language.

The master suite, between intimacy and stage

The main bedroom is a contemporary suite that integrates a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and a surprising central makeup area. An island floor behind the bed serves as a bedside table and beauty counter, separated by a glass partition with a black profile. Vertical boiserie, Art Deco wallpapers, and suspended lights in brass create an elegant and theatrical atmosphere. The result is one of the interior design projects that best reflects the essence of kkarchitecture: transforming limits into style, with a balance between technical rigor and formal grace.
