Luxury design for the renovation of House T2 between light and comfort

Palette of light and natural tones, oak wood, minimal design with luxurious comfort, and a dreamy pool: all of this in the renovation that brings T2 House to life

Harmony between interior and exterior

Monovolume architecture + design is responsible for the renovation of the House T2 with an approach that aims to create a connection between the interior of the house and the garden with a pool. The first guest welcomed into the house is light, which reigns as the protagonist, amplified by the white walls and the light tones of the furnishings and materials: thus, the spacious living area opens up to welcome it through the large window that connects it to the garden, in a pleasant harmony between interior and exterior.

The materials of T2 House

A parquet oak floor warms up the atmosphere throughout the house, complementing the custom-made wooden furniture. The wet areas are floored with light-toned porcelain stoneware in a continuous dialogue with the rest of the house: both in the bathroom and outside on the terrace adjacent to the living room that leads directly to the pool. The perception of the materials is enriched by the contrast with dark gray metallic details.

Spacious and luxurious spaces. The layout of the residence

T2 House is developed in spacious and luxurious spaces: the living room with dining area directly connected to the total white kitchen; a private office accessed from the entrance without invading the privacy of the residence; the master suite equipped with a wardrobe, relaxation area, sauna, and direct access to the bathroom. The garden is designed to harmoniously integrate the residence with the landscape; from here, a newly designed ramp ensures access to the underground garage.
