Design and Emotion of Space.

Metanoia is a luxury bathroom far from stereotypes or clichés. The paradigm of luxury has changed, no longer just about the material; what matters is experiencing or feeling the emotional aspect of space.
For this reason, the different volumes and organic shapes designed by the studio Patricia Bustos, along with the raw materials, connect to the earth. The architecture studio often uses natural materials for its interior design projects. In this case, the beauty of natural gems and glass surrounding the bathtub area makes the environment unique.

Organic shapes connecting with nature.

The sculptures of the large central tub and the sinks emerge from the space as large organic volumes with quartz encrustations that transport us into a real cave and make us connect with our ancestors. The toilet represents a mirage, a hole through which to look out into utopia and see what a more peaceful world would be like, where we would hear the stream, the waves of the sea, the wind caressing the leaves.

Design Contrasts for Immersion in the Spirit

The contrasts generated between materials represent the internal contradictions and conflicts of the soul.
The beauty of life is often imbued with contradiction. A staircase gives us access to the shower guarded by a prism of degraded glass that functions as a partition. At the same time, it resembles the distance of a utopian horizon.

Relaxing Cave with Organic Design

The entire space is covered in an immaculate white cloak that immerses the user in a cave. The adaptable, sustainable, and acoustically sound flooring material, as well as the leather lining that houses the room, transform Metanoia into a balm for accelerated minds in need of relaxation.
The cave-like shape is accentuated by the organic elements of the entrance, the windows, and the volumes of the ceiling give the sensation of a natural cave where we discover the roof of a chapel.

Surrealism and play of light

The "fantasticchair" chair, ergonomic but with a surreal design, adds a touch of science fiction to the environment, just like the "dreamland" chaise longue. The promised dream is revealed closer than ever when lying on its profile. The two floor lamps and the table lamps are called "magnetic" connecting to space, illuminating in its direction. Hypnotic thanks to their changing circles, they bring beyond true utopia and dream.

Psychedelic Design Pieces

Psychedelic and futuristic, that's how the design pieces of this temple are. A contrast to the nature and rawness of the rest of the design project. Emphasizing even more contrasts and paradoxes that we must shape to represent the complexity of this world. Returning to the roots while being utopian and dreamers.
