The project executed by the architectural studio GDA is located on the outskirts of Villafranca in Verona, between the urban core and the agricultural land and is the result of the reconstruction and expansion of an existing building

The facade of the upper floor of the school is made of polycarbonate, which has a strong insulation coefficient, with gray tones on the outside and white on the inside. In this way the classrooms are equipped with an entire wall that produces diffused natural light

The double-height entrance hall acts as a barrier between the public and private space, inviting you to enter and stay. The predominantly cold materials and materials facing the street contrast with the colorful ones at the atrium, towards the garden

The interior of the building is dominated by different colors, thanks to the use of "valchromat", a mix of wood fibers with resin, so as to develop a real path of chromatic identity for the young users of the building
