Natural Light and Orientation

The Ukiyo structure is flooded with a large amount of natural light, thanks to its orientation and large PVC windows, which enhance the interiors. Each of the three rooms in the apartment, located in a north-east facing building owned by a real estate company, has a balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens. The architecture firm Envisage, based in India and renowned for interior design projects, was responsible for the interior design with the aim of creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests.

Private and shared areas

The entrance room is a service room, intended for sanitization and safety. The living room is open to a terrace and the surrounding greenery, making it a space connected to nature. The study is located in the heart of the house, considering that the occupants are all young professionals who work. The multi-purpose and dining areas act as a buffer between the private and public zones of the house.
