Villa in Vlastibořice, designed by the Czech studio SIAL, set in a slightly undulating landscape in the "Bohemian Paradise", offering breathtaking views of the valley and providing an extraordinary interior and exterior interconnection

The beautiful project site slopes to the south-west and is part of a gently undulating landscape in the "Bohemian Paradise". As the plot is located outside the town, it offered SIAL's designers a unique opportunity to create a solitary villa, the Villa in Vlastibořice

Simple, clean spaces that fully utilised only natural materials. A two-storey villa, clad in stone, where the upper floor includes guest rooms with a separate entrance and a study, and on the lower floor, slightly recessed into the ground, is the main living space, with a garage and a swimming pool

The main material of Villa in Vlastibořice is stone, which dominates the exterior with large exposed stone tiles. The equally important garden is conceived as a landscaped park, and consists of several parts: near the entrance it is more formal, while towards the south it is divided into fanciful terraces which flow freely into the landscape
