Xilo. A design coffee table as a sculpture that enhances craftsmanship and material

Inspired by Art Nouveau, the aesthetics of Xilo are characterized by sinuous and refined shapes that alternate irregularly

The Xilo coffee table, designed by Delineo for De Castelli, is composed of brass plates of varying thickness, rounded at the ends and of different lengths, bent and juxtaposed irregularly to create a rhythmic and harmonious movement that blends with the supporting structure. Each element features a distinctive pattern of imprints that dissolve into a delicate gradient of marks, in contrast with the smooth surface of the metal

Thanks to its modular structure, Xilo easily enters into symbiosis with the environment in which it is placed, transforming itself, as needed, both in shape and function. It is therefore a true metal sculpture that enhances the artisanal techniques and the manufacturing excellence of the company
