Turbosealtech is a medium-sized, 2,500-square-meter project whose design approach focuses on the interaction between technology, site, function, and landscape

The project by architecture firm New Wave, in Pardis Technology Park on the outskirts of Tehran, aims to the build a platform for research and innovation aimed at improving people's future. Following consideration on the continuity of the vistas, heat control, and function of the building, the architectural team generated the design of Turbosealtech

The volume of the building, which appears to be pulled out of the ground, creates a visually beautiful skyline and is in harmony with the environment. The building's exterior is wrapped in a glass envelope, helping to let in natural light, and aluminum profiles on the outer layer control internal heat gain

While offices occupy the upper levels, an open-plan workspace in a transparent enclosure occupies the lower levels, offering visitors the opportunity to observe the company's production. The entrance is located in the triangular corner of the building, motivating users to enter the building

The cut-out roof creates a terrace that brings natural light and air inside, also forming an outdoor space shared by visitors and employees. The sloped roof is completely hollow in order to create a green corridor from the ground to the roof, by creating a dynamic space and reducing building temperature and energy consumption
