With the aim of densifying one of the peripheral areas of Bangkok, the Klong Toey area, the architectural studio Creative Crews created a mixed-use building with an undulating façade of insulating glass on a triangular plot

The plot on which the building stands is triangular in shape, and the maximum height of the building was 45 metres, so that space could be maximized. The key element of the design is to create an unfenced space on the ground floor, integrated with the land and with green areas that could enhance the experience of the center

In this way, the retail and restaurant spaces, located on the ground floor are easily connected to the streets outside, the nearby market and the station. A large atrium is included, creating a space for activities and events as well as relaxation areas for office employees

Insulated glass units are tilted and create a zig-zag facade, designed to reduce solar gain while maintaining views. Spandrels are used to reduce the window opening, further reducing solar gain and the introduced ripple accentuates and commemorates the solution
