Grillno is a restaurant that specializes in smoked and grilled dishes, so the idea was to leave the kitchen open with a long concrete counter around it so that people can admire the chef as he cooks. Along with the counter, a long light suspended in steel was also designed in order to evenly illuminate the dining area

Guiding the design was the concept that good restaurants should be able to accommodate people in many situations: alone, in groups of friends, and with families.
