A kitchen with a view of the living room or a bathroom with a view of the bedroom: this is the idea of Spanish studio Egue y Seta which in designing a flat in Barcelona, pays homage to the integration of the spaces in which we live

A landscape we could enjoy every day but fail to appreciate properly: our family about to have dinner or our children growing up. This particular interior design embraces the natural division of spaces, to the detriment of open space, guaranteeing privacy for the members of the family, while framing each room with windows and glass panes

The home's atrium foreshadows what the visitor will find inside, with pure, orthogonal lines, arches and rounded shapes. The main walls are flooded with motifs and colours, mobile glass windows replace the old opaque walls. A semi-open staircase with refined lines and finishes leads to the upper floor

The furniture collection is eclectic: it integrates minimalist and Nordic furniture with Provencal and urban furniture, with a palette of warm neutral tones and hints of saturation. The kitchen overlooks the dining room, which in turn overlooks the terrace, where the family loves to congregate, as opposed to the upper floor which, on the other hand, provides privacy, intimacy and isolation and includes a bedroom with a private bathroom
