The Griffintown Penthouse is located in a new residential complex adjacent to the Lachine Canal, offering a sublime view of Montreal's natural and urban landscape. The precise organisation of the pieces and the subtlety of the interior design have made it possible to create a bright, bold sanctuary that is in keeping with the beauty of the site

The project places emphasis on the surroundings as a means of introducing views and natural light into the residence. Starting at the entrance, a central corridor guides the eye into the interior of the house and divides the flat into two parts

The west side houses the owners' suite and the children's bedroom with a bathroom, while the east side houses an office, a hobby room and a guest room that doubles as a games room

The communal areas are located to the south, in a large open area that opens up views of beautiful sunrises and sunsets and invites people to share family moments. The kitchen is entirely in black and contrasts with the white oak floors that soften the hardness of the exposed concrete
