"Superblock" is the name of the project by VLOT architecten studio, consisting of the addition of a block inside a 1950s flat located in the centre of Rotterdam, serving as an intimate space, storage space and exhibition space
The client's wish was to create an intimate space in which to relax, which would at the same time serve as storage space and exhibition space. The design desire resulted in the addition of a block, an open living space which would be suitable for various living activities
