An historical apartment in the area of Bari takes a new dimension thanks to a simple and sophisticated mood-board - RenovationOnWeb
Spatial Continuity is the name of the project of the architect Tassiello for the recovery of an ancient building built on several levels
The project that involves this old house in the province of Bari, aims to promote the spatial continuity among the rooms of the living area on the second floor, while the architect Marco Tassiello designs micro independent units for the sleeping area
The contrast is harmonious between the ancient pre-existences brought back to new splendor and the modern and linear furniture elements, precious in the finishes and in the technologies implemented.
A strong characterization is given by the wooden staircase which links the various levels of the house.
Creating a " synthetic" mood-board with the choice of few materials for the finishes, such as wood, white plaster, stone vaults, and emphasizing the existing architecture which was previously oppressed by superfluous elements
The parquet Listone Giordano has been used on the floor in all the rooms as well as to make the infills and the doors of the wardrobe, the technical compartment and the bathroom under the stairs of the second floor.
All the furniture was designed by the architect Marco Tassiello and made by local craftsmen
