Hotel Val Di Sogno in Malcesine, lake view rooms with an original concept

ovre.design is responsible for the modernization and customization of the hotel. In the common areas, the studio wanted to create the reception area by revising the layout. The goal was to develop an entrance lobby where the guest could enjoy the enchanting lake view from the very beginning. A lobby designed in detail with welcome table, elegant poufs and velvet armchairs, where design and quality create a welcoming space. The office area has been transformed into a design area that includes merchandising of furniture complements and clothing items designed by ovre.design, in a coordinated project carried out with first-rate companies and with the collaborations of specialized artisans

Among the different areas of intervention ovre.design has also developed the design of some suites and rooms of the Hotel Val di Sogno. If the first interventions in the rooms mainly concerned the furniture, in the later ones the studio expanded its range of intervention. The Client appreciating the originality has requested over time a work that has continued with an increasingly significant activity and an increasingly personalized involvement of the Studio, through a functional rationalization of spaces

Among the suites curated by ovre.design is the charming Splendid Junior Suite, in which we find a spacious environment of understated elegance. The uniqueness of this suite lies in the color that blends with the design and welcomes guests among the tones of the sky and the lake. 
A very strong personality is expressed by The Blue Pearl room with its unmistakable retro-chic flavor, a tribute to iconic Italian design and the forms of European modernism. 
Lovely Nest, on the other hand, features warm tones that evoke the warmth of a romantic nest with the refined details of the furnishings and the striking view of the lake enhanced by the large window
 

Each room and suite is distinguished by its accentuated identity, the result of ovre.design's creativity in creating authentic environments embellished with details. The spaces have been enhanced by careful design with custom-made furniture concepts, such as the bedside tables and headboards or the desk and luggage rack. Iconic is the elegant Smeg refrigerator with rounded shapes inserted in a spacious console with a circular mirror, named NANA. Also original was the choice to make the furniture functional and versatile, such as the small tables that can be used as poufs

The choice of colors favored shades that catch the light and recall the natural colors of the place. The rooms were designed with the goal of defining a space in which the guest would be in close connection with the surrounding nature and its elements, from the lake water to the sky. 
The bar area saw a careful restyling that, starting from a pre-existing base, involved the furniture, the choice of upholstery and textiles under the theme of personalization and comfort.
Over time, ovre.design also took care of the outdoor area with the design of a Corten gate intended to recreate windows that suggestively anticipate the cozy atmosphere of the hotel
