The moment you enter the loft, the space appears to be framed by pendant lamps and the lights guide your gaze to the giant concrete slab at the top of the balcony. The living room on the ground floor frames the grand staircase that leads up to the mezzanine floor of the flat. The loft's most distinctive feature is its mezzanine level, which serves as a study or reading room, above the open kitchen and living area
