The house meets the principles of the passive house, with an insulated concrete formwork system that creates a thermal shell, limited openings to the south, triple-glazed windows and an excellent ventilation system
At the front the volume appears more solid and heavy, thanks to the use of a monolithic dry stone wall made by a craftsman, chosen not only for its local significance but also for its intrinsic qualities
