This small house was once the doorman's home in the main building. On the ground floor the renovation remodels the connections between the entrance, bathroom and living area. The kitchen, side balcony and connecting stairs to the upper level have been placed along the external walls, freeing up the central space for the dining table

The tiled floor is maintained despite being worn out. Various modifications and improvements have been made to the bathroom, using simple and convenient materials. Some small adjustments manage to create empathy between architecture and everyday trivial objects

The bedroom has been equipped with storage spaces that have created a difference in height and rearranged the bed. Specific attention has been paid to the textures and materiality, creating unexpected connections between the materials
