Caraccard's project consisted of maintaining an existing base, which itself proved to be a complex job, to build a chalet occupied for much of the year. Chevallier Architectes builds a chalet that is open to 360 degrees: the living areas will be located in the sunniest parts, taking advantage of each zone according to the pattern of the sun and the panorama

Caraccard's typical profile comes from its overhangs, its shelves, its solved Rubik's Cube appearance. These options required considerable arrangement work to ensure continuity of cladding on all facades, custom-designed by the agency to reinforce the larch chalet "box" appearance

Having irregular cubes in their corners required special attention to the layout and routing of the nets, aligning them through 3D rendering. no of the highlights of Caraccard's construction was the delivery and installation of the extraordinarily large bay window, which turned this phase into a spectacle, equipped with special machinery and tools
