MXMA architecture studio has designed a model of modular houses with a contemporary shape which creates a real game of materiality with the warmth of the material wood proposed in different forms which contrasts with the durability of zinc
Thanks to its southern orientation, the space is characterized by light and warmth and is in tune with the surrounding nature. Above the kitchen and in the middle of the house there is a double height space: the only vertical space, enhanced by a dark materiality, which contrasts with the wood and the horizontality of the house
The vertical volume continues towards the outside and transforms into a fireplace. On the upper floor there are other bedrooms and the roof terrace makes it possible to create a continuity with the outdoor spaces and thus makes it possible to enjoy the view of the surrounding landscapes
