The seaside villa near the tip of the Chita peninsula is being renovated and remodelled by nanometer architecture studio due to the damages caused by the large amount of sand carried by the strong sea breeze and salt
The second objective of the renovation was to have a view of the sea from inside the house: the interior decoration, with a strong mix of Japanese and western styles, was more relevant than the landscape
The outer wall is surrounded by a polycarbonate slab, supported by a wooden structure, which acts as a double outer part that acts as a protective element from the sand, and on the second floor the space was divided into two parts: one in which the Japanese space stood out and the other in which the western space stood out
