A home designed by Studio Velocity for an intended clientele of couples and families; the building adapts to the irregular lot and the limited height of the hedges that frame it: the architects choose to keep the height of the building below the level of the vegetation to allow for privacy while still making the facades completely transparent. This creates a strong perception of the outside even from inside the dwelling

The earthquake-proof core of the building is also made lower than the hedges; twelve large roofs float above the vegetation creating a dynamic and pleasant visual effect but with non-invasive impact. The structure is made of wooden beams and columns that form an interesting aerial frame, present but at the same time light and airy

The interior layout takes advantage of the spaciousness of the spaces by re-proposing the dynamism of the volumes; areas for convivial functions, living room, dining room, music space but also space for working are in the center of the living complex; while the rooms remain in more private areas
