Casa Lazit. Interior design that follows the evolution of the family

A spacious 200 square meter apartment in Milan is chosen as the new residence by a design-loving family in need of more space and renewed atmospheres that follow the growth of the people and their tastes. Here is Casa Lazit

The eclectic style with neutral palette and pops of color

Already clients of the NOMADE architecture and interior design studio for their previous residence, the owners called upon the team led by Selina Bertola to create Casa Lazit. The family has grown and the needs of its members have changed, and interior design projects can reflect and facilitate this transformation. The neutral palette chosen for the walls is energized by pops of color from the furniture and accessories: the eclectic style emerges as the best choice for a home that wants to be able to change with its inhabitants, without losing its essence

The heart of the house: the living room

Overlooking a beautiful garden, the heart of the house is identified with the living area: a large white iron window separates the seating area and dining area from the powder blue and warm white kitchen equipped with a central island and oak table. The color accents in this space are provided by the terrazzo Mipa cladding for the kitchen backsplash, and by the composition of paintings that adorn the exposed supporting column in the living room

Wallpaper for the bedroom area

The bedroom area consists of the master bedroom, divided into a bedroom embellished with a silk effect wallpaper, a spacious walk-in closet, and the bathroom in antique pink and forest green tones with golden details. There is also the child's room decorated with a tropical-themed wallpaper and a bathroom with a more masculine atmosphere in terrazzo effect stoneware and details in wood and black

The house of La_zit and family

The service area of the house, which includes the guest bathroom, simple and elegant, the laundry room, and the study, is connected to the main rooms by a blue corridor with a periscope effect. Among the many interior design projects by NOMADE architecture, this one for Casa Lazit has given the study a certain pleasure for its open plan that offers great possibilities and for the clients' participation in the creative process. And the project's title reveals her identity: Lucia, the influencer La_zit!
