Fifty beachfront villas on the Mexican coast of Oaxaca

The villas feature a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace with a private pool

The design of the villa focuses on creating naturally ventilated and illuminated spaces, capable of ensuring the internal comfort of the spaces. Contact and connection with nature is Mazul's true luxury, which is why the architecture is designed to blend in with the environment in the most discreet way possible, using economical materials and respecting the limited budget

The site was a great inspiration for the design of the villa, for the choice of materials and finishes. The villa had to be an extremely economical construction and easy to build, so it was chosen to make a mixture of reinforced concrete bearing walls mixed with a dye of the sand tone of the site, while the other walls are built in brick and covered with sand of the site

Both walls were finished with the same type of color but with different materials, offering different textures, some purer and some rougher. The project is basically three intersecting modules, the public area, the semi-public area and the private area. Each villa has been carefully placed within its lot to ensure privacy and not to obstruct the views from each other. Each lot has a perimeter barrier of natural plants that borders each lot, maintaining the privacy of each villa
