In Lumezzane, in the heart of the province of Brescia, a project of restructuring and functional reuse of a metallurgical factory is part of an ambitious urban regeneration program. Birdhouse is born from the customers' desire to have a large common space that is not divided by stairs: the latter are moved outside the main perimeter of the house, in the north part, hosting only one round window that resembles the appearance of a new birdhouse.

The House in Shukugawa is situated on a compact flag-shaped lot, nestled in the tranquil setting of Nishinomiya, in Hyogo prefecture. This house is located in a historic and charming residential area, adjacent to the Shukugawa River, famous for its spectacular cherry blossoms. However, the high population density and small lots typical of this area necessitated designing a house that would be a cozy retreat and separate from the surrounding buildings, thus creating an independent world.

The intervention concerned the building redevelopment of a property located in the Municipality of Battipaglia, in the province of Salerno, under the extraordinary regulations of the Campania Region - Housing Plan. The operation involved the demolition of the previous building, consisting of three above-ground levels, and the subsequent reconstruction with an increase in volume, creating a modern building that houses 12 residential units of various sizes, two commercial premises, and 9 underground parking spaces.

Villa Z stands out in the urban fabric where it is located, characterized mainly by mono and multi-family buildings from the 80s and 90s: the essential and minimalist design characterized by the interpenetration of geometric solids introduces a new architectural language to the context.

The project for the Dareau Pavilion harmoniously integrates into the Parc-de-Montsouris neighborhood in Paris.
