Jorge Eduardo Neira Sterkel is an entrepreneur, self-taught architect, and founder of the eco-luxury resort Azulik in Tulum, on the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico. With the nickname "Roth," Sterkel also leads the Enchanting Transformation foundation, which promotes dialogue with Maya communities, environmental conservation, sustainability, art, and the recovery of ancestral memory. His work aims to blend contemporary aesthetics, spirituality, and nature, often using local materials and construction techniques that respect the landscape and ecosystem.
